ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE STATUTE 33.29(3), THE BOARD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING EACH ANNUAL

MEETING SHALL ELECT A CHAIRPERSON, SECRETARY AND TREASURER.

 

ID TO VOTE

  1. ALL PROPERTY OWNERS AND RENTERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE LAKE DISTRICT.
  2. NO MORE THAN TWO (2) NON-RESIDENT PROPERTY OWNERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE PER ADDRESS.
  3. PROOF OF DISTRICT RESIDENCY MUST BE SHOWN UPON ENTRANCE OF THE MEETING BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: REAL ESTATE TAX BILL – DRIVER’S LICENSE – GAS BILL, ELECTRIC OR TELEPHONE BILL.
